Traction Bars

Traction bars and ladder bars built to order by Lowry Customs in Ohio, designed to reduce axle wrap and wheel hop. Pick a plate steel ladder bar design or a stainless or steel tubular bar, then add bolt-on brackets for your truck.

  • Ladder bars: 1/4" plate steel, fully welded, with a 2-5/8" greasable poly-lined DOM bushing and a 1-1/4" greasable Johnny Joint, in 68", 72" or 75". Shop all ladder bars.
  • Tubular bars: 2.5" stainless or steel DOM tubing with 1-1/4" heim joints, lifetime or economy.
  • Brackets: fully bolt-on with Grade 8 hardware, for Chevy/GMC 1500, Chevy/GMC 2500/3500 Duramax and Ford F-250/F-350.
  • Finish: ladder bars and steel tubular bars come with a primer base for powder coating, in any color. Stainless tubular bars come fully polished.
  • Warranty: ladder bars and lifetime heim tubular bars are covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Typical lead time is 4-6 weeks.
