Production and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier. You can buy shipping insurance at checkout. Orders over $500 may require an adult signature. Carrier tracking showing delivery to your address is proof of delivery. Inspect your order within 3 days and report any damage, shortage, or wrong items in writing, with photos. Re-shipping costs caused by an incorrect address are your responsibility.
