Online store and payments

Our online store is hosted on Shopify, a third-party e-commerce platform. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, which may include Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Shopify and the payment providers are not parties to your purchase and do not sell you any products. Your contract for the purchase of products is solely with Lowry Customs. Charges from us appear on your statement as "LOWRY CUSTOMS."

Terms that govern purchases

Every purchase is governed by our Terms of Service (current version TOS-2026-10-21, last updated October 22, 2026), together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Warranty page, Privacy Policy, and any written quote or invoice we issue. Each order is governed by the version of the Terms in effect when the order was placed.

Governing law and disputes

The Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and applicable federal law. Before starting any arbitration or lawsuit, each side must send the other a written notice and try in good faith to resolve the dispute for at least thirty (30) days; notices to us go to tyler@lowrycustoms.com and 282 Cavalcade LN SW, Pataskala, Ohio 43062. Disputes that are not resolved are decided by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, in Licking County, Ohio, or by video, phone, or written submissions, subject to the exceptions in Section 18.3 (including small claims court). The Terms include a class action and jury trial waiver, and you may opt out of arbitration within thirty (30) days after you first accept the Terms. Disputes not subject to arbitration are heard in the state courts in Licking County, Ohio, or the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, Eastern Division.

Warranties

The warrantor for products we sell is Lowry Customs LLC. Warranty terms, including the Limited Lifetime, One (1) Year Limited, and No Warranty ("As Is") categories, are on our Warranty page.

Intellectual property

All website content, logos, product designs, CAD drawings, DXF/DWG files, photos, instructions, and trademarks are the property of Lowry Customs or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international law. Buying a product does not give you any right to copy, reverse engineer for resale, reproduce, or manufacture our designs.
