Problems with a charge or an order

Please contact us first at support@lowrycustoms.com or 614-269-9704. Under Section 9.1 of our Terms of Service, you agree to give us at least 10 business days to resolve the issue before you start a chargeback or payment dispute. Charges from us appear on your statement as "LOWRY CUSTOMS."

Cancellations and returns

Email orders@lowrycustoms.com with your order number, or use "Request return" in your customer account. A cancellation is effective only when we confirm it in writing, and nothing may be shipped back until we approve the return. See our Refund Policy.

Warranty claims

Email warranty@lowrycustoms.com within 30 days after you discover the defect, and within the warranty period, with your order number, a description of the problem, clear photos or video of the part as installed, your vehicle information, and installation details. See our Warranty page.

Legal notices

Written notices of a dispute must be sent to tyler@lowrycustoms.com and to 282 Cavalcade LN SW, Pataskala, Ohio 43062 (Section 18.1 of our Terms of Service). To opt out of arbitration, email tyler@lowrycustoms.com within 30 days after you first accept the Terms (Section 18.5).
